Tomorrow, I turn 44. ❤️
Today, I baked until my maximum capacity. Every cake is done, packed, and ready. The kitchen is cleaned, but my day is not over yet. I still need to clean the toilets, tidy the rooms, vacuum the house, do the laundry, rush for a dinner at 7pm, and somehow pack my luggage too. 😅
This is actually the first time I’ve baked right up to the eve of my holiday. Regulars knew I always baked till 2 hours before depart to airport🤣
To everyone who placed orders, left comments, sent messages, and supported my little baking journey — thank you. I read every message and truly appreciate every one of you.
There are still some requests that I won’t be able to fulfil before I fly off tomorrow. A part of me feels bad saying no, because I always want to do more.
But as I’ve grown older, I’ve learned something important: I need to love myself too.
Work will always be there. Orders will always come and go. But rest is important. Family is important. Health is important.
So for once, I’m choosing not to overwork myself for money. I’m choosing to take this break without guilt.
Thank you for understanding, thank you for supporting my bakes, and thank you for being part of this journey with me.
See you all after 24 June. ❤️
With gratitude,
Your baker who is turning 44 tomorrow

The truth is, for the past 41 days, I’ve been getting used to life without a maid. 🩷
Superwoman? 🤣 Not really.
I’ve simply learned to do things myself, one task at a time. Some days are exhausting, but I’ve also discovered that I genuinely enjoy having a clean and tidy house. There is something very satisfying about seeing everything neat, organised and sparkling clean.
My secret weapon? A good attitude and my favourite 100% non-chemical cleaning liquid. ✨
My workplace and my only oven. Secret of produce so many cake: my speed!
