Steamed egg cake with atomy 100% pure spirulina powder!
I saw someone use atomy spirulina powder to make the skin of dumpling and make into cakes. So I also want to try out.

For today delivery!
60 pcs Taiwanese 3Q biscuits with salted egg yolk, mochi, pork floss and yam paste for Senior connect @ 603 for their Chinese New year gathering!
I used purple sweet potato powder for the skin and I didn't added sesame seeds on top so the seeds will not sucked to their teeth when they eat. Hope they will like it.
