Last Friday looked a little different for us.

We gave the day over to a large bulk order, with the kitchen full and the whole team working through it together.

Big shoutout to the team for carrying every part of it from start to finish. Long hours, lots to get through, but everyone showed up.

And somewhere between all the prep and packing, we thought about where everything was headed. To be shared, passed around and enjoyed by people gathered together.

That’s always the nicest part.

Entry 01 | A little more from that afternoon

We stayed a little longer.

Talking between bites, reaching for another piece and letting the afternoon pass without thinking too much about the time.

It’s funny to think that Lemon Meringue began with a flavour I remembered so fondly, and here I was, sharing it with a friend and making a completely new memory around it.

Perhaps some flavours have a way of following you through different moments in life.

This one certainly did. 🍋

WE JUST MADE 1000 buns!

Our biggest bulk order yet and definitely one we’ll remember.
