Durian Butter Cake
榴莲牛油蛋糕

Ingredients 材料:
Salted butter 有盐牛油 250g
Caster sugar 细砂糖 160-170g
Egg 鸡蛋 4
Durian 榴莲 250g
Self raising flour自发面粉 230g
Baking soda 苏打粉 1/4 tsp
Milk 牛奶 1tbsp

1. 用剪刀把榴莲剪成泥

2.将黄油和糖打至轻盈蓬松。加入鸡蛋,一次一个,加入榴莲肉,每次加入后彻底搅拌。

3. 拌入过筛的面粉和小苏打。最后加入牛奶混合物直到全部混合。

4. 用勺子将面糊倒入烤模中。放入预热好的烤箱170度烤40分钟或至熟。

酒香布朗尼蛋糕

材料 :(7寸方模)
A -苦甜巧克力 235g
-无盐牛油 120g

B -黄糖 80g
鸡蛋(室温) 3粒/170克

C -低筋面粉 130g
-可可粉 30g
-泡打粉 4g
-盐 2g

D -坚果碎(烤香) 150g
-咖啡酒 2大汤匙

做法 :
1)材料(C)过筛混合均匀,备用。
2)把材料(A) 隔水溶化,待冷却备用。
3)材料(B) 隔热水搅拌至糖溶化后,用电动打蛋器(高速)打发至蓬松(乳白色)
4)加入已经冷却的材料(A)、(C)和(D)搅拌均匀即可。
5)完成后的面糊,倒入已经铺纸的7寸方模里,敲出大气泡。
6)烤温和时间:(只供参考)(上下火,中下层)
- 170°c 烤 15分钟
- 150°c 烤 10- 15分钟
