is an endearing, half-fishman character and this was a requested theme. We came up with edible customised wafers with various images and accessorised with cute round chocolate frames. How adorable!

Making cakesicles isn’t just about baking basic cake and dipping in chocolate. On top of that, it comprises of tempering of chocolate, with the right temperature, canvasing with the painstakingly prepared chocolate toppings of the desing of customer’s choice. This has got to be one of the most challenging moulds because of the intricate crevices and different level of depths of each segment of the design. Small steps have to be taken to place the different coloured chocolate so that they don’t ‘bleed’ to another part of its area of the mould. But I’m glad I pulled this off. And I learnt a lot while doing each of this animal designs.
