My second run for this new 2 days class and all the participants are new to the school. It was also their first attempt at the 3 items taught, which covers a few essential basic baking skills. Am always happy to see them making improvements by day 2. 😊

Looking forward to teaching other upcoming Japanese-themed classes in Jul… Japanese Sweet Breads and Wagashi!

Ushering another New Year, not with my usual panettone for supper but profiteroles filled with homemade icecream. Yup, I’ve gotten a new machine as Christmas present for myself, a really long awaited one! Still experimenting as it is not the usual churning machine. And to all my cherished friends, followers and students, here’s wishing you good health, joy, and endless blessings in the New Year ahead!
