A couple of tartlet boxes from my kitchen 😊

Been wanting to play around with some flavour combi so I just make these for my family to makan.

One box got mango, shine muscat & dark chocolate and another one I swap the shine muscat with blueberries. Safe to say… all also finish quite fast lah 🤭

Sometimes nice also to slow down a bit & just experiment here & there. Every bake still teach me something new, and this is one part of baking I still enjoy after so many years ❤️

A little BTS from last week's construction jelly cake 🚧

Thought I'd share a bit of the process behind those little rocks and rubble. Each one was cut into different shapes & sizes so the finished cake wouldn't look too uniform.

Definitely more mafan but these little details help make the whole cake come alive😊

Construction theme again 🚧👷

This is the third time I’ve made this theme and each time I end up adding or changing lil details here and there.

This round, I hand-cut all the rocks and rubble into different shapes & sizes instead of using edible sand. More leceh, more mafan, but I really like how it turned out 😊

Sometimes the smallest details make the biggest difference. Quite happy with how this one came together. Alhamdulillah and thank you for trusting me to be part of another birthday celebration ❤️

Homemade tart shell, smooth custard and juicy peach on top 😋 Sometimes simple flavours really hit different leh. Sweet, creamy and refreshing all at once.

These 3" tartlets are just nice for dessert or tea break without feeling too mual (queasy).

Sometimes the simplest cakes take the longest time 😅 Just the flower arrangement already took me more than 3 hours. Lucky the final look turned out quite swee

Honestly ah, adult feedback is always nice, but when small kid enjoy & naturally talk about the cake, that one hit different leh ❤️ Kids don't really filter one, if they like, they just say. Those kind of moments always make me smile.

Really thankful this cake got chance to be part of the birthday party at school. Knowing the kids enjoyed it, my heart feel very full liao. Thank you for trusting me with it ya 😊

This round will be peach custard, mango custard, and dark chocolate tartlets 🍫🥭🍑

Tart shells all homemade by me, then fruits arrange one by one after baking 😊 The peach fan style and mango rose one really need patience abit hahaha but I like how it turned out.

Different flavours, different feel. Everything made slowly by hand in my little home kitchen. As usual, DM for inquiries & order 💌
