Chinatown Tai Chong Kok Confectionery Hue Kee 牛车水大中国饼家（馀记） Chinatown Tai Chong Kok Confectionery Hue Kee has been a household name in Singapore for decades. It has a delicate flavour, flaky-texture and cream in colour.

Our delicious mooncakes are exquisitely handmade, following the original recipes and unique taste that have been handed down from generations. Our mooncakes are made from the finest natural ingredients without preservatives added. Our aromatic superior groundnut oil is cholesterol-free and very low in saturated fats. All our mooncakes also contain olive kernel (榄仁), an expensive nut sometimes known as chinese pine kernel or white chinese olive. Under stringent quality control, the fillings are made from the famous Hu-Nan superior grade lotus seeds (湘莲), which have a soft and splendid flavour. The delicate skin that wrapped the fillings is skillfully handmade, moulded distinctly and made from bromate-free flour. We offer many varieties of traditional mooncakes as well as several new exciting snow skin flavours to satisfy your palate.
