2025 年,快来到尾声。
这一年很忙,是甜蜜却沉重的负担。很多清晨比天亮更早开始,很多夜晚在关掉烤箱后才真正安静下来。工作一件接一件也不断考验内心。在成长的过程中,看见了人性的复杂,也更清楚职场的真实。
人来人往、角色更替,有人离开,有人走向新阶段,而我依然站在第一线——在档口与客人说话,在厨房盯着温度,在工厂确认每一个细节。比起声音和包装,我选择把时间留给研发与改进,让产品自己慢慢说话。
一个蛋挞,用了四年时间反复调整、进化。我始终相信,真正的价值不是靠话术堆叠,而是来自时间、经验,以及对食物本身的尊重。烘焙改变了我们家的生活,也让我在一次次出炉的香气里,记得当初为什么开始——用相对诚实的原料,做让人吃得安心、自己也快乐的东西。
2026 即将到来,2025 准备下车。我只是一个平凡的面包人,不参与勾心斗角,也不追逐喧哗。La levain 对我来说很简单:长期、稳定、快乐地把东西做好。 😊

Wrapped up our event last Sunday — and finally, life’s starting to feel normal again.
Huge thanks to the team for the hard work. We hit another record — and that’s no small feat.

Outdoor baking events always test our limits. The humidity, the unpredictable heat, and team members falling sick one by one… it was a rotating challenge.

Sometimes, I do question what I’m doing — whether the decisions I make are the right ones. But after years of chasing what often feels like mission impossible… somehow, we’re still standing.

Another great day to be alive — and another reminder of how much I truly love baking.

If I weren’t a baker, what would I even be doing today?• “Not a capitalist yet, but at least I have an oven and a stubborn heart.”

The other day, I was checking the pizzas at the stall.
Gave a bunch of feedback on the spot — because I care.
Not just about how it looks, but how it tastes, how it feels when you take that first bite.

GastroBeats is back, and so are we.
Back to doing what we do best — pizza.

But here’s the thing:
We don’t aim to be the most traditional.
We aim to be the most honest.
Flavors that feel familiar, comforting, local — but always done right.

I’ve always believed in this:
✔️ Quality over quantity.
✔️ Better today than yesterday.
✔️ No shortcuts, no compromises.

You won’t find rushed food here.
Just slow, thoughtful work — because that’s how great things are made.
