No more thinking bout which tart flavour to get cos I’ve put together a little bakebox with 3 of the most popular flavours + 2 new summer flavours just for this May :)

10pcs, 5 flavours, 2 each!

Available from 8th to 23rd May, just in time for a tea session on Mother’s Day or really any other day you like :)

(But I do think that this bakebox will make her very happy!)

What was your favourite for March?! Difficult for me to choose because that’s like asking my Mom who’s her favourite child. I love all but I have a soft spot for the mini tarts and the black sesame yuzu cake hehe 😬

Standing infront of the camera can be awkward and daunting at times, but I’m determined to show up more this year so more people get to know what I do :)

On top of our usual Pineapple Tarts, I’ve made a cookie (or crunchie) with three different flavours for this CNY!

1. Chocolate Pistachio Crunchies
- A familiar chocolate and pistachio combination with an addition of cocoa nibs for that floral fruity twist!

2. Coffee Orange Crunchies
- inspired by the Orange Americano beverage, a pairing that balances the robust coffee and citrusy orange

3. Osmanthus Vanilla Crunchies
- when these two floral flavour meet, they produce a delicate sweet scent that lingers like a quiet afternoon tea. Minimally sweet and topped with almond flakes for a gentle toasty flavour

Other than the standard pineapple tarts, we have 3 different flavours of crunchy cookies that is inspired by egg cookies that I grew up eating! Osmanthus Almond is my personal favourite and it is so hard to stop popping them into my mouth 🤣

In the world of vegan desserts, the sky is your limit. Right now in Singapore, we have vegan croissants, cakes, tarts, cookies etc and the vegan dessert scene is so much more diverse than 5/6 years ago! :)

For Radeau right now, I’m focusing more on cakes and tarts and will be adding more flavours on my standard menu after Chinese New Year rush! As much as I wanna do everything, I recognised that I’m a one-woman team and it would be a wiser decision for me to focus on just a few categories of bakes that I’m good at + seasonal items :)
