Exciting new addition for the menu: American Biscuits! They’re close to a scone, but not as sweet, more buttery, and probably the food I miss the most from home. Nothing pairs better with American biscuits than something savory, or just enjoy them by themselves. At the stand they’ll be sold in a 3 pack for 20kr, but get them at a small discount on my website by buying them individually for 6kr.

Let’s continue talking about the new lineup! Next up is our Banana Nut muffin, and by ”nut” we always mean walnuts. This is basically banana bread in muffin form topped with a crunchy sweet brown sugar/walnut topping. As one should always do, we use extremely ripe bananas for that extra sweetness. These may not look as pretty as some of the others, but it is a classic flavor combination for a reason. It’s timeless. CANCELLED STAND THIS WEEKEND:

Hey everyone. I was trying to wait it out to see if I would start feeling better, but I can’t get over whatever sickness I have. Which means I’m cancelling the stand this weekend out of precaution for everyone’s safety. I’m sure I’ll be over it all by next weekend, but I’ll keep you guys posted. Can’t wait to be out there again! Enjoy this beautiful spring weather we have coming in for me. 💐🌸🪻

Come out to the stand tomorrow in Vänersborgs torg between 9-15! We’ll have the below pictured menu available, which I call the ”rich” menu because of all of the chocolate, Nutella, peanut butter…. Very rich and filling flavors. Also, considering how fast the Nutella brownies went last weekend, if you want one I suggest getting out pretty early. 😉 See you guys out there, rain or shine.

Next up on the list of new items was one of my best sellers this past weekend: the Oreo brownie. It’s my rich and cakey brownie topped with Oreos! They’re both stunning and delicious! So give them a try some day!

Now, let’s talk about the Raspberry Coffee Cake. Commonly mistaken for having coffee in it… det finns ingen kaffe. Tyvärr. But it does have a lot of cinnamon and smells like apple pie. It also has a bit of my home made raspberry jam and a ton of streusel on top, which makes it perfect to be served with coffee. Which is why it’s called coffee cake, much like you call your fika pastries kaffekaka. It is one of my favorites on the menu, and I hope you give it a try some day!

It may not look like much, because I decided any decorations on top would just ruin the flavor, but it’s packed full of fresh orange juice and zest to give the chocolate a lovely citrusy flavor.
