Tysk Brödkollektiv I love bread and started baking with sourdough over a year ago.

Baking a lot of different breads and experiment with different sorts of flour lead me to passion which I started to share - freshly baked bread with simple basic ingredients.

General update about the future of good bread: Due to my new job I won't be in Uppsala for 3 weeks of the Month. Therefore, you need to plan your order accordingly.
But the bread will be as good as always, and I'm also more than happy to bake for you when I'm at home =)

Aaaand I'm back in town this upcoming weekend! Stay safe and enjoy the spring!

I will be flying home for christmas and therefore not able to bake for you from this Friday (11.12.) until the beginning of next year, when I'm back in Uppsala 😌

So hurry, order your bread before its too late (you can also freeze them to get over Christmas 😉)

Today, I want to present another bread, which was loved by my fellow students - the Spelt-bread with carrot and sunflower seeds!

The bread is made of whole grain spelt-flour which gives the fantastic basis. The carrots give the bread a soft texture and the sunflower seeds give a nice flavor to the bread. It tastes best warm with or without butter but also a cream cheese or a hard cheese fit perfectly. Best kept in a paper bag and tastes best in the first two max. three days.
