It is really simple! Just a brownie and then cream mixed with saffron and melted white chocolate. Let sit in fridge overnight and then whip! YUM!

On my way to work. Promised to bring "fika" the cake/cinnamonbun for the coffe break. Oh, the words that came out of my mouth when I was half way there and realized I had forgotten the two cakes (different of course) and the cinnamon buns. Had to buy a cake (at least their ingredience list is a lot longer than mine).
