Our seasonal Main Characters have officially DROPPED 🗣️ Introducing our newest addition to the lineup:
Cà Phê Sữa Đá - a love letter to Vietnam in cupcake form 💛

Inspired by my trip to Vietnam in early 2026, when I fell in love with its people, culture, and of course— its COFFEE!

The Cà Phê Sữa Đá cupcake is a rich Callebaut chocolate cake, topped with silky espresso Italian meringue buttercream, chocolate ganache, and a delicious piece of Vietnamese coffee brownies (swirled with sweetened condensed cream cheese!). This diva packs quite the punch—she’s rich, chocolatey, and sure to give you the caffeine kick you need on your mid-week slump.

My realistic and unglamorous take on owning and running a business.

I don’t think being an entrepreneur is something I’ve totally nailed yet, but the ups and downs are definitely character building (to say the least). Overall, this journey is totally all very stable and not at all scary 😅

Corporate cupcakes don’t have to be basic. 🩷

when Blondefish reached out and said they wanted to send a thoughtful good-luck gift, we created something personal and undeniably theirs.

We took a selection of flavours from our menu and gave them a Blondefish makeover, customising the colours and finishes to match their pink branding. Then we added edible topper messages shaped like their brand, a handwritten card and a satin ribbon to bring the entire gift together.

Personalisation is more than just putting a company name on a cupcake…It’s making the whole experience feel intentional. 🎀
