Välkommen till Finntorps Konditori och Bakery, det lilla femtiotals-bageriet i ena hörnan av Finntorps torg, Nacka. Här arbetar ägaren, tillika bagare & konditor Lee Newby, tillsammans med sin familj. Lee har en gedigen utbildning i botten och har byggt upp sin teknik och sitt kunnande på kända, internationella etablissemang så som Sheraton Park Lane, The Intercontinental och The Lanesborough i Lo

ndon.Lee kom till Sverige från nordvästra England, via London, Australien och Frankrike, för 12 år sedan. Han har sedan dess arbetat som konditor och chefsbagare på anrika konditoriet Vetekatten i Stockholm. Han har även vunnit den prestigefyllda tävlingen Årets Konditor och representerat Sverige i Europa i tävlingen Mandarine Napoleon, där han vann en hedrande bronsmedalj.

We have made some delicious Midsummer cakes with smooth white chocolate mousse, raspberry pannacotta and lemon creme on a glutenfree brownie base 🇸🇪🌸💖
We are open tomorrow as normal and then it is summer opening times until August

Happy Easter! 🐣 if you want to celebrate it like Graham Potter you know where to go, your favourite Swenglish bakery has Hot cross buns and scones ready made 😁⚽️

🚨Hot cross bun alert! Easter is soon upon us and we have officially started the Hot cross bun season! (If you could find your way to the bakery, it’s a bit of an intelligence test at the moment with all the building going on outside! 😅🥲) But we are still here so don’t forget to keep visiting us, new pralins and Chocolate Florentine and much more are waiting for you, and the sun in the back of the bakery still feels as good!

🥁Tomorrow is a big day, don’t miss out on the oh so famous Fettisdagen!🥁

The bakers alarms are set for 03,30 and we are stacking up with normal semlor, beautiful crispy Wiener semlor, lactose free semlor, vegan semlor, gluten free semlor plus the little cute mini semlor! There should be a semla for everyone basically! 🙏🧡👨‍🍳

Happy semmel-season! Come in an try our new receipie with a roasted almond filling made with Spanish almonds, we also have the classic semla, minisemlor and on the weekend we’ll make some cheeky croissantsemlas! 😋 we also make the very English semlas; (😜)the lovely scones with homemade strawberry jam and freshly whipped cream !
