Arushi and Lovisa worked for weeks to perfect this amazing product—a croissant five times larger than the regular one at Dame Ginette.

Meet our infamous Tarte aux Pommes et Calvados 🍎
A classic of the house, one of your and our favorite and we know why!

The crunchy and airy croissant dough gives the perfect lightness you need. We fill it with a creamy vanilla crème pâtissière and then top it with a Calvados marmelade. Right before baking time we add fresh seasonnal apples so they have time to be perfectly baked in the oven.
