Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies 🍪

With lots of recipe testing for sourdough bread going on behind the scenes, there's been some sourdoigh discard left over and what's a better way to use it other than in yet another choc chip cookie?!

With the addition of sourdough, they're basically good for you (right?) and come with a slightly crispier shell than other cookies and will likely become my new favourite!

They've been added to the menu for this week's pick up, so DM to order and get yourself some Moreish cookies 🍪 🍪

This time for millionaire's shortbread. The perfect combination of a crumbly shortbread base topped with a thick caramel layer finished off with some chocolate.

This recipe still needs some work as it definitely needs lots more caramel! Hoping to bring this to the menu in the new year!
