Grainheaven Organic Bakery German Style Vi är ett litet hantverksbageri på Öland. Till våra bakverk använder vi de bästa råvarorna vi kan få! Our shop in Foxton is permanently closed.

We are a small certified organic bakery, member of OrganicFarmNZ. All our breads are made with Sourdough and are long fermented which makes them easier to digest and easy to keep. We are also focusing on using alternative grains like Spelt or Rye for our breads which might be more tolerated by people who have issues with wheat. Of course we are also offering typical german baked goods like Pretzel

s, German Style Cakes, Danishes.... Looking forward to seeing you! You still can find our products at Petal&Bee in Foxton, De Molen Windmill and Cafe in Foxton, Ollie's in Waitarere. We are also every Saturday at the Thorndon Farmers Market in Wellington and every first Sunday at the Te Horo Country Market.
