Really delicious.

I've had it many times in Finland n in Riyadh, yet I'm so happy I tried making it myself for the first time n I loved the taste n the way I made it very thin n crunchy.
Definitely will be making this another time soon n will post a video on steps. Thanks for my dear friend Sirja who brought me the rye flour n rice

This super simple steak and creamy Au Gratin potato is the ideal dinner recipe! You can also cook with fresh mushrooms😋 The best part is that it takes less than 1 hour to make and definitely worthwhile!

The authentic & national dish of Palestine. 'Msakhan' is traditionally served in many occasions. Brings back beautiful memories of family and loved ones gathering together for a special lunch 💕
Tips: Have it with some laban or yogurt since it's a heavy meal.
If you don't have taboun/msakhan bread, easily substitute with naan bread

I enjoy making labneh at home and adding my personal touch to it. It may be difficult for some of you to find it in stores, so here's a homemade recipe I think you'll love!💗⬇️
1. Depending on quantity of yogurt that you have add salt & pepper (to taste),red bell pepper(your preference of bell pepper),dried oregano. Sometimes I add olives(optional)
2. Put the mixture in your cheesecloth on the sieve to drain the water
3.Leave overnight in the fridge

انا بستمتع بصنع واكل اللبنة المنزلية وبحب أضيف عليها نكهات مختلفة اللي انا بحبها، الوصفة سهلة كثير واللي ما يقدر يلاقي لبنة ممكن يعملها بالبيت، الوصفة كالتالي:
١- يعتمد على كمية الزبادي، بضيف الملح والفلفل حسب الذوق الشخصي وايضا قطع الفليفلة الحمرا حسب اللي بتفضلوها الأخضر او الاحمر والزعتر الناشف.
٢- بحط الخليط في كيس الجبن مشان اصفيه من المياه واخليه لتاني يوم أفضل في الثلاجة

How to make:
Add finely chopped parsley to tahini sauce (tahini, garlic, lemon, salt & pepper, and a little water)
