Here is my latest creation: a capsule collection of Galettes des Rois 👑. I poured all my heart and technique into making these sculptures using Viennese pastry and edible charcoal. Which one do you prefer? The Tiger, the Wolf, Santa Claus, or the Classic? 🤔

🔷 “A new beginning with greater ambition…”
It was an honor to be part of an experience that truly left a mark on my heart and mind 💫
Training and learning from Chef .1019 wasn’t just about skills — it was about inspiration, motivation, and a whole new chapter in my journey 🎯
I learned so much from the details, the humility, and the true love for the craft ❤️

Thank you, Chef .1019 for every word, every note, and every shared moment.
This is just the beginning… and the best is yet to come, insha’Allah
