تم تأسيس برنامج النقل العام بمكة المكرمة من خلال شركة ذات غرض خاص، بعد تشكيل تحالف سعودي إسباني يضم نسما المحدودة، ومجموعة مغربي، وشركاء إسبان هم Imathia وConsultrans وTCC.
وقد فازت الشركة بعقد تصميم وتوريد وتشغيل الحافلات العامة في مدينة مكة المكرمة، بما يسهم في تطوير خدمات نقل أكثر سهولة وكفاءة.

The Makkah Public Transportation Program was established through a special-purpose company formed by a Saudi-Spanish consortium that includes Nesma Co. Ltd, Maghrabi Group, Imathia, Consultrans and TCC.
The company was awarded the contract for the design, procurement and operation of public buses in the Holy City of Makkah, supporting the development of accessible and efficient transportation services
