Brutaria Baron Using time-honored, traditional methods and the very best ingredients we produce a delicious range of bread. Salt content is generally 1% or less.

Brutaria Baron 18 PHB is an established family business with over two decades of baking experience. Our focus is on quality and taste and a commitment to our uncompromising methods. We make bread that we mix and then knead and mold by hand, from locally-milled flour creating a healthier bread with intense flavor. Please note that we use the minimum amount of salt compatible with the taste, texture, development and keeping-quality
of all our breads. Customers can request for bespoke bread to be created for their own needs. These breads will remind you of what you have been missing all these years. The most delicious bread you have tasted!
