Tarte flambée direct din cuptor. Frigărui de miel cu salsa de rodie și telemea. Corn ribs. Burger cu cheddar pe brioșa noastră. Și încă vreo zece lucruri care n-au încăput în carusel.

Azi în bucătărie a câștigat Japonia 🇯🇵

Silky crispy tofu (da se poate) ramen — felul 1 din meniul de azi.
Moale înăuntru. Crocant la exterior. Te face să uiți că mai ai treabă.

În fiecare zi e altceva. Azi s-a nimerit să fie și vegetarian și foarte bun. 🍜

Meniul zilei la Gluten Glory: Nu știm ce facem luni. În fiecare dimineață, bucătarii noștri construiesc meniul zilei de la zero — inspirat din bucătării ale lumii, din ce au mâncat și iubit de-a lungul anilor. And every year this happens, I have the same dream:
to disappear face-first into a pile of giant summer tomatoes and never return.
