These sliders are super easily and delicious. I didn’t add cheese but it would be a great addition.

1 kilo beef mince
Salt /pepper to taste .
Onion powder 1 tbsp.
100gm Butter (some extra for the sauce)
1 onion chopped
Pickles chopped
1 cup bbq sauce

Coleslaw: carrot, cabbage grated . Add 1/2 chopped onion , salt and pepper, 1/2 cup mayonnaise.

Add salt pepper and onion powder in the mince and fry small, flat burger patties in hot butter, 3 minutes each side. In the same butter add some more and fry the onions and pickles , add 1 cup of bbq sauce and stir till combined . Coat each patty with the sauce. Cut the buns in half , place a spoon of the coleslaw place the beef patty , and add a slice of cheese if desired. (Do not add ketchup or it will become too sweet)

Eye of the tiger. This type of cake is called a “fault line “cake. It has a gap in the middle that can be filled with sprinkles , flowers , macarons , another colour, or in this case a tigers eye made in fondant.

Birthdays kinda lost their charm for me when my mother passed away three years ago. But we still celebrate and smile and pray for the loved ones who have left us. Today my family and friends sent me love and best wishes and as the blessings poured in, I realised how lucky I am to have them in my life. May we all celebrate our special days in good health and amongst people who truly love us. Ameen.
