A huge congratulations to Danielle and James on their beautiful wedding at Monte Das Oliveiras

Danielle and James wanted to include their dog Roxy with them on their wedding day so we ordered a custom figurine of Roxy and placed her front and centre of the 3 Tier Cake. Flavours were Salted Caramel, White Chocolate and Raspberry and classic Vanilla sponge with a fondant finish and scattered pearl decoration

It was such a pleasure creating your wedding cake and being part of your special day. We created a 2 Tier Lemon cake with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and lemon curd. The decoration was a semi naked finish with fresh lemons and Olive leaves with faux flowers and sugar flower craspedia billy balls
