It was such a pleasure creating your wedding cake and being part of your special day. We created a 2 Tier Lemon cake with lemon Swiss meringue buttercream and lemon curd. The decoration was a semi naked finish with fresh lemons and Olive leaves with faux flowers and sugar flower craspedia billy balls

This elegant three-tier cake featured rich chocolate sponge with cherry and vanilla buttercream filling, finished with Swiss meringue buttercream, a fondant drape, and delicate sugar fantasy flowers cascading across each tier.

A huge congratulations to Liene and Girts on their beautiful wedding at Quinta Das Maravilhas

Working with Liene to ensure the wedding cake worked with her aesthetic and beautiful bouquet whilst also being a statement on its own was a dream. The cake flavour was red velvet with a white chocolate ganache finish, using artistic piping and placement florals to create a show stopper!

A huge congratulations to Emma and Ryan on their beautiful wedding at Vida Mar Gale

The couple chose to have a sweet treat tower that all their guests could enjoy. The top tier cutting cake was heart shaped in the Lambeth style and the flavour cookies and cream. The tower consisted of cupcakes, mini cupcakes, cake pops, fudge hearts, biscuits and mini donuts all decorated in a ivory and pale lemon palette

A huge congratulations to Euan and Olivia on their beautiful wedding at Thai Beach

The couple requested a modern wedding cake in their chosen colour palette of shades of blue and flecks of gold. The cake consisted of three tiers with a buttercream finish with a different flavour for each tier - tier 1 salted caramel, tier 2 white chocolate and raspberry and the final tier zesty lemon with pistachio praline

Congratulations Keo and Ross

The couple had an elegant two tier fondant cake with sugar flowers that co-ordinated with the bridals bouquet.

The top tier flavour was white chocolate and raspberry with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream whilst the bottom tier was red velvet with a vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream filling. We finished the cake with a layer of white chocolate ganache and then fondant covering.

The sugar flowers and foliage are custom made to co-ordinate the bride’s bouquet consisting of soft blue hydrangeas, lilac roses and gypsophilia
