in case you missed it!! or because i forget to post about new things 🤪 i’m just a girl!!

vegan cream cheese! i’ve been doing test recipes for quite literally years and finally have something i can stand behind 💪 tofu based, shockingly smooth and silky, and veryyy tangy
pão de queijo bagel! the chewy, cheesy brazilian favorite makes the PERFECT bagel and tbh who wouldn’t want a giant pão de queijo to build a sandwich on… also it’s gluten-free hiiiiiii

not sure if you noticed but since robbe joined the team our drink menu has had a GLOW UPPPP.
fig leaf matcha! robbe is picking leaves off fig trees and brewing up fig leaf syrup to add some whimsy to your drinks and i am obssessed.
homemade kombuchas! every week or so the flavor switches up but each one is inventive, fresh and sooooso good.
tepache! made from fermenting pineapple rinds and citrus. the result is a naturally fizzy DELIGHTFUL bevvy. i think we can all agree robbe is the fermentation king.

i am deeply obsessed with our new trucker hat, heavy weight tees and baby tee!!! two of my besties sketched the designs and watching people love the merch feels even more special knowing that friends created it! 💞

🥯RYE!🥯

for the bagel of the month we decided to go SUPER classic with rye- the dough is made with fine rye flour and caraway seeds and tbh it was not easy to find caraway seeds in lisbon but i did so please come try 😝

pro-tip: if you want to eat your rye bagel like a true new yorker try it with pastrami from or our shrooooben 🍄
