NEW BRUNCH MENU. Because every great composer knows a season deserves a new score.

An Overture Of Eggs in their finest dress, because mornings deserve a proper introduction.

From there, a Grand Ballet of seasonal plates to share: sexy guaca, little bites, and a salad with more confidence than most people before coffee, all making their way around the table like dancers awaiting their cue.

Then, indulgence takes the stage: a Club, a Monsieur, both reclining on the plushest pillow of Japanese milk bread, because comfort should always be this well dressed.

And for the grand finale, a little (de)cadence with our famous Pain Perdu... because rules, much like crumbs, are made to be broken.

Do pour it all down with a cocktail, or a deliciously chilled espumante. One simply doesn't brunch dry.
