Competition Terms and Conditions
Organizers: This competition is brought to you by Pom Pom Bagels and Illicit Burgers.
Eligibility: The competition is open to all customers aged 18 or over.
How to Enter:
Spend a minimum of €10 per transaction in-store at either Pom Pom Bagels or Illicit Burgers during the competition period to receive one raffle ticket.
One entry is permitted per transaction, regardless of the total amount spent.
Competition Period:
The competition runs from 25/01/2025 to 28/02/2025.
The live draw will take place on 1st March 2025.
Winner Selection and Notification:
A live raffle draw will determine the winner.
The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours of the announcement. If unclaimed, a new ticket will be drawn, and the process will repeat until a winner claims the prize.
Prizes:
Flights and 2 nights accommodation for 2 people. To the maximum value of €300.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
Claiming the Prize: Winners must present their winning raffle ticket in-store at Pom Pom Bagels or Illicit Burgers to claim their prize.
Disqualification: Entries may be disqualified if they are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not adhere to the terms outlined.
Liability: Pom Pom Bagels and Illicit Burgers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged raffle tickets or for any issues arising from participation in the competition.
Acceptance of Terms: By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

As the height of the summer season draws to a close, we're taking a couple of days to relax and celebrate the local Banho 29 tradition. We will be closed Thursday 29th and Friday 30th August. Thank you all for another incredible summer! And to anyone who's celebrating, see you at the beach!
