Pretzel-challah-style mini loaves. Playing with recipes, shapes, and styles. They smell pretty good too!

Basque cheesecake.

This was unexpected. The bun on the left was baked immediately after the pretzel bath and came out as expected. The right one was refrigerated after the pretzel bath for a day. I’ve done this in the past with bagels and pretzels, and they’ve always come out the same. Not sure what happened here. 🤔 Hoping they still taste the same.
