Bat Mitzvah cake for my cousin Ellie Billets corona Bat Mitzvah a year ago (it was just her immediate family and we wanted to send something from the rest of us so we could participate in some way). This cake was 3 layers of vanilla coated completely in vanilla buttercream and white chocolate ganache, some fancy sprinkles and a homemade fruit compote in between the layers.
עוגת בת מצווה לבת דודה שלי האהובה לפני שנה! רצינו לשלוח משהו מהמשפחה המורחבת כי לא יכולנו להגיע בגלל הקורונה (חגגה רק עם ההורים והאחיות). יש כאן 3 שכבות של עוגת וניל עם קומפוט פירות יער בין השכבות. העוגה מצופה לגמרי בבאטרקרים וניל וגנאש שוקולד לבן וסוכריות מיוחדות.
