Cakes for special occasions

My name is Ileana Cardona I am from Maunabo Puerto Rico have been here in Beacon NY since 2015. It has been an amazing experience of life, I have learned English (still improving), teaching Spanish, maintenance the traditions of my culture, etc. I love Beacon, it is a wonderful place with warming people where you feel welcome

Since June 2020 I lost my job and in the adventure of re-invented and also looking for jobs I discovered my passion for the bakery. I really have felled in love with baking. I usually baked with my daughter different recipes of cakes, bread, cookies, and, drinks. But never seeing myself as a new cake small business owner.

Making cakes for customers is my pleasure. I like to spend time in the recipe to make it taste delicious and decorating to make it special and beautiful and for that special occasion or just for that moment after dinner, the family deserves a beautiful cake on the table.

Here is my new adventure called Ileana’s Heavenly Cakes. Specialize in Puerto Rican cake called “mojadito”. This cake has a good flavor and a smooth texture, and is characterized by being a "mojadito" cake thanks to the syrup. You can have a cake with a delicious flavor of almonds or vanilla. It is ideal for birthdays, weddings or baptisms. Also soon we will be selling the famous and much desired tres leches cake!
