I’m delighted to share that I’ll once again be part of the judging team at Cake & Bake International 2026! 🎂✨

It’s always such a privilege to be involved in this fantastic event, celebrating the incredible creativity, skill and passion within the cake decorating and baking community.

I’m really looking forward to seeing this year’s competition entries and all the amazing work that goes into them. Judging is never an easy task with so much talent on display, but it’s always an inspiring experience and one of the highlights of the year.

If you’re heading to Cake & Bake International next month, I hope to see you there! ❤️

You’ve followed my edible art for years — now I want to show you something new.

While Bicky Piccy will always be my first love, I’ve been quietly building something else — a brand called Nook & Brush, where I take the same obsessive detail and hand painting you know from my cookies and apply it to things you can keep forever.

Hand painted and pyrography art on table mats, wooden boxes, furniture, lamp shades and more — all inspired by my years living in Botswana.

Four unforgettable days in Cardiff ✨🍪

I’ve just finished an intense and beautiful one-to-one cookie decorating class, and I couldn’t be prouder of my student Mariyana. Watching her grow day by day, absorb new techniques, push herself, and gain confidence was truly special. I’m so excited to see how she will use everything I taught her and how her own creativity will continue to develop.

What made these days even more memorable was the atmosphere we shared. Learning didn’t happen only at the table — it flowed naturally between lovely conversations, lots of laughter, and moments that I will carry with me for a long time. This is exactly how I believe teaching should feel: personal, warm, and full of connection.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without Mitko, who treated us like absolute princesses. From the care and attention to the incredible home-cooked food — every meal was delicious and made our days even better. Thank you for looking after us so wonderfully!

I’m deeply grateful for the trust, the hospitality, and the memories we created together. These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do so much.
