Following post has gone viral today regarding presence of pieces of Egg Shell,dust particles and rich red colour in a customized cake of one pound prepared by us.
When we came to know about this issue first of all we contacted the customer and collected the said cake so that we could come to know regarding our staff's negligence.
As we collected the cake it was examined in the presence of other customers at shop thoroughly but no piece of egg Shell or dust particles found in it.
However,it was noticed that due to rich red colour added on the demand of customer it left impression on the hands untill washed with soap.
So,the bottom line is that if the respected customer found anything in the cake He/she should have contacted us at first and should have provided us the evidence of his/her allegations but Instead of that he/she chose to defame us on social media due to some unknown purpose which is both ethically and legally wrong.
Although,we reserve all the rights to take legal action against him/her for defaming us without providing any proof but this is not our business policy.
We always value and respect our customers and give weight age to their complaints and always try to provide them quality food.
