This course is designed to educated you all about 4 important key elements that are required when baking and decorating

-basic of baking
-basic & advanced ways of buttercream
-how to apply fondant / tips & tricks

-Marketing of your business & how to deal with clinet

These are completely hands on classes ... Students will bake ,layer , design, decorate their own cakes and take them home with them .

The idea is to train the girls to not only create beautiful looking and great tasting cakes but also to be able to sell them online.

(All topics will be taught according to a home based online setup)
