Our Story
It all started when we met with Masoom Alam at his small bakery in Karachi. My wife and I immediately fell in love with Masoom’s confectionery. We couldn’t resist but to bring this unique taste to Lahore.
We took the franchise and ‘Masoom’s coffee & bakeshop’ opened its doors to Lahore for the very first time. On the 23 of August 2003, we launched our first outlet on MM Alam road, the posh food street of Lahore.
We quickly built up a reputation for being the first premium confectionery of Lahore specialising in cakes, brownies, pastries, and breads.
Further expanding into the food industry, from 9th July 2005 Masoom’s opened it’s second Lahore outlet in D.H.A. The new Defence outlet offered ‘diner-style’ all-day-breakfast concept and named it as Masoom’s Pancake Lounge.
