Watch me make this super quick, four ingredient chocolate cake! This is similar to a Swedish Kladdkaka, but not quite as it doesn’t include flour! This is very easy and can be enjoyed warm right out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or cold, after being placed in the fridge overnight!

From a couple of weeks ago! My niece pushed me to challenge my decorating skills with a fancy apple tart. Apple tarts are a family favourite and baking it was a no brainer, but loads of energy went into the pastry design. It was worth it at the end because I think we learned what to do better next time! 🍎

Here’s my take on ‘s Neapolitan Cake! Added a dark chocolate glaze to the recipe for that extra oomph! Did you know the Neapolitan cake originated in Naples Italy with the tricolour representing the colours of their flag?
