ise against that. Upon returning to Pakistan last year, Azhar went on a hunt for the kind of apple pie that he loved so much in the US. This took him to many upscale bakeries but to his dismay, they served overly sweetened pies with bready crusts and simply could not replicate the pie experience he had grown so fond of in the US. To fix this pressing issue, Azhar decided to start baking his own pies at home and eventually became pretty good at it. He decided to start his own pie business with the (not so) secret aim of eventually delivering pies to those residing atop precipitous cliffs and also becoming the first climber ever to be sponsored by a pie company. The next challenge involved coming up with a name for the business. Realizing that his pies would require a delivery mechanism and keeping his love for motorcycles in mind, he decided to incorporate this into the name of his business. This is how Piecycle was born! Piecycle strives to bring you the best pies in Lahore, made from all-natural ingredients and baked fresh daily. Our focus on freshness means that we source directly from local fruit vendors and only use produce that is in season. What this means is that we never have to use stored or processed ingredients and this guarantees that our pies always have a rich, fresh flavor. The flavors your can expect based on season are:
