Sehri with this vegetable omelette with 10 soaked almonds and 50 grams of yogurt only without sugar.

Omelette includes

Onion
Tomato
Cabbage
Olives
Parsley or green coriander
2 eggs
Salt and paper
Cook in olive oil
add vegetables first to get soften then beat eggs with salt and paper separately and add in vegetables keep it on slow heat for 3 to 4 minutes after that flip it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes only. it’s very wholesome and Makes you filled till after.
