There is nothing like celebrating a little angels birthday. Made this custom specialty cake for a client for her sons first birthday. It's a two tier deluxe fondant cake made with heavenly milk chocolate and Cadbury milk chocolate ganache.

The Fairy Pearl Dream Wedding Cake.

The bride requested a grand but delicate cake so I created a Dream cake with white hand crafted sugary pearls and topped off her fairy tale cake with gilded leaves and royal icing butterflies sitting on two pretty pink tiers of dark chocolate decadent fudge with rich Belgian chocolate ganache.

At the base of each tier I have surrounded with my signature hand crafted, hand painted flowers with subtle hints of pinks, whites, gold and leafy green petals.

The Royal Pink Dream Wedding Cake

This rose blossom covered cake is as girly and detail oriented as the most beautiful bride. On the top of the tier an intricate hand carved fondant dome is gently fitted to give the Dream cake a Royal look. The base of the cake and the dome are covered with my signature hand made flowers. Those sugar petals took 24 hours to hand sculpt and hand paint!

This wedding cake was for my niece so I decided to make her dream cake very different in tiramisu. The tiramisu gives the dream cake an exquisite, rich but heavenly bold flavor. I keep my Tiramisu texture very fluffy, light, with cream cheese mousse with a nip of espresso & an afterbite of chocolate.

The two tier cake had a romantic arrangements of flowers starting with delicate hand pressed mini flowers toped with a grand bouquet of roses and hand rolled petals. Green leaf petals were added to compliment the look. Golden mini spheres were used to add after glamour to this one of a kind dream cake!.

This rich and moist red velvet flower basket was for a very special person's birthday, my mother. She has supported my dream from the start so I made her favorite, a red velvet cake with white and gold motifs. Toped with a edible bouquet of flowers in yellow and pink.
