Welcome,let me tell you about myself ,I'm a wife,mother,grandmother self- employed full time /part time/ manager of my own business,that isn't related to food. I started cooking at very young age when I remember ,my mother use to tell me and I prepare them .I was interested asking and writing recipes from my mother , relatives and neighbors I love and enjoy cooking good food, the explanations of t

he recipes are exactly how I cook ,some recipes I crated them and some are from my admired good cookers ,and others,are from my old books with some changes of real actual recipes, my priority is to be a delicious healthy recipes and not to spend long time in the kitchen. Whenever possible I will post wonderful,traditional,easy and quick to prepare food desserts.
