جیسا کہ آپ میں سے بیشتر افراد کے علم میں ہے کہ زم زم بیکرز اینڈ سویٹس کے لیے آپ خواتین و حضرات کی رائے ہمیشہ سے انتہائی اہمیت کی حامل رہی ہے، بلکہ دراصل آپ لوگوں کے تعاون اور حوصلہ افزائی کے باعث ہی ہمارا یہ سفر جاری و ساری ہے۔
حالیہ عرصہ میں کچھ لوگ ہماری ایک برانچ پر ہونے والے ایک ناخوشگوار واقعہ کی تشہیر کچھ اس انداز میں کر رہے ہیں جیسا کہ یہ واقعہ ابھی حال ہی میں رونما ہوا ہو۔
یہاںیہ بات بھی آپ تمام معزز صارفین کے علم میں لانا ضروری ہے کہ اب سے قریب دو سال پہلے ہونے والے اس واقعہ کی جانچ پڑتال نہ صرف فی الفور عمل میں لائ گئ تھی بلکہ اس طرح کی صورتحال آئندہ نہ ہونے کی یقین دہانی اور روک تھام کے ضروری انتظامات کے حوالے سے کی گئی حکمت عملی بھی وضح کی گئ تھی، کیونکہ اپنے صارفین کا تحفظ اور اعتماد قائم رکھنا ہی کسی بھی کاروبار کی ترقی کا ضامن ہو سکتا ہے۔
