Hi, hope y'all are doing well. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling frustrated with this gas situation - the schedule is so off that I genuinely cannot seem to adjust my work routine around it.
I had plans. A whole list of things I'd been wanting to make, recipes I'd been putting off, content I was excited about. And then. Well. You know..
It's not even that there's no gas; it's the unpredictability that is frustrating. You don't know when it's coming, you don't know for how long. And when you're baking, timing is literally everything, and you can't plan around something that has no pattern.
