Ummm… Matilda cake who??
I made this beauty many moons ago: a chocolate crémeux with mint meringue. And honestly? Still thinking about it.

I’ve been working on Flapjack for about 6–7 years now… though it feels like a decade. Maybe because I’ve poured everything into it. Singlehandedly, day and night.
But now… I’m tired.
So I’m taking a break. No timelines, no deadlines (they give me anxiety anyway 🤣). Just some time to pause, breathe, and reset.
Over the years, I’ve received so much love and respect, so much more than I ever imagined. Truly, Allah is the bestower of all good.
I might be back in a couple of months… or maybe later. I’m not sure yet. But I’ll keep you all posted 💛
