🍋 Had a lovely day at and this Coconut Cake with Lemon Curd Filling and Cream Cheese Frosting won best-looking cake! Decided last minute to decorate with sunflowers, leaves, vines and candied lemon slices. So glad it was well received! It was a huge 5 lbs cake and to see it demolished in minutes made me v v happy. 👰🤵 IT'S FINALLY WEDDING SEASON! And with that comes wedding cakes!!! I created this rustic peachy floral cake for my client's Nikkah. She was very specific about what she wanted — the texture, the color scheme, the composition of the flowers. I'm pleased to say I delivered on her expectations! When I sent her the photos, she only asked for one alteration: the removal of a single petal. LOVE how it feels to have happy clients!

10 lbs carrot walnut cake + cream cheese and almond praline filling (yes, that's two fillings, and yes, that costs extra 🤭)
