Something very bad happened with this cake. After it was ready, it got damaged during delivery and was in a very bad condition. When the customer sent me the picture, I immediately had the cake brought back.
Then, I fixed it again and had it delivered once more. The customer was very nice and very cooperative; she understood the situation, so I apologized to her. However, it was not my fault, but the rider's. He didn’t handle the cake properly during the first delivery, and when he came to pick it up again, he came alone. He was telling me to give him the cake and that he would take it, but you tell me, can a single rider safely deliver a cake?
