Good evening!
We have been a topic of discussion tonight, so we’d like to clear up a few things. 🫶🏻
Like in any business, especially in the line of food products and service, items are frequently rotated to avoid selling of spoiled products. The products nearing expiration is then returned to our commissary for proper disposal. Unfortunately, at one of our branches, our staff missed an item.
It is also note worthy that Putik area including Yubenco Putik has experienced power outages in the past days, that even if our leche flan are made fresh, unstable temperatures may affect it’s shelf life.
We are not offering excuses for negligence or lack of attention, but it was mistake brought about a busy day. We have settled and reached out to our customer and offered assistance, if needed.
Like any business, mistakes and incidents happen, and we must come forward to correct and reorganize. Moving forward, we will be strict in our implementations and retrain our staff.
Attached is a photo of our delivery receipt dated today, as noted 9pcs of leche flan were sent to said branch. Also noted are returned items to our commissary which are not fit for sale. We carry out this system daily.
We hope this brings clarity and we pray all businesses are given a dignified opportunity to resolve incidents discreetly in the future.
