Patisseries: Taste of Heaven
First of all, I am Neshley James Mingala and I’m a pastry chef by profession. I graduated in Pilar College with a Bachelor’s Degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
My desire to become a pastry chef started when I’m 9 years old. I can remember being an assistance chef of my dear mother. Until such time that I started working in the Food and Beverage industry.
I became a food preparation personnel, receptionist and finally, the place where I want to be, pastries. As time passed by, I started to hone the skills into, maybe not perfection but, excellence. Now, here in Neshty’s Patisseries, my mission is to share it with the world and let you taste the experience or what I so called the taste of heaven.
