As the coo, I help my mom with graphic design, social media management, and promotion, but my most favorite thing to do is eat a bunch of the pastries she makes (which AI can’t replace, ofccccc). My current fav now is the Dubai chewy cookie! You can pre-order now (comes in singles, by 2s, and box of 4).

It's finally here! We at Eenie Minni Bakery would like to introduce our newest product— the Dubai Chewy Cookie.

Originating in Seoul, Korea in late 2025, the Dubai Chewy Cookie craze has been insane, even here in the Philippines!

Crunchy kataifi, smooth pistachio, and chewy chocolate marshmallow all in one sweet treat. 🧆
