14 years ago was the day we brought Mama Be(Aurora), my aunt, to the hospital. It was bittersweet, yet as I put stickers on every box of orders, I knew she was smiling from heaven.
Years back she and our Mama Nette used me and my sister’s for the pasalubong food product business they’ve created, Grasel(myra GRAce & aySEL mae) Foods. If you try looking for it it’s GF Food Products.

13 years ago I started Aurora’s Kitchen, for one reason almost all tools and baking equipment that I used were from Mama Be, thus Aurora’s Kitchen. More than material things that she left, it’s her being hardworking and passion for cooking & baking that I’m honoring in every box of food that comes out of my kitchen.
