Our story began in 2012, rooted in both a homecoming and a heartfelt dream. After years of working as Overseas Filipino Workers in the UAE, we made the life-changing decision to return home to the Philippines and settle here permanently. Inspired by our love for food—especially the comforting art of baking—and strengthened by the savings we had carefully set aside from our time abroad; we chose to

invest in what had long been our shared passion. With our very first oven and a few essential pieces of baking equipment, we opened our first humble bakery in Angono, Rizal. There, we rented an apartment and transformed a small space into our baking area. We lovingly named it after our daughter, “Charibelle,” and poured our hearts into crafting our classic breads—like pandesal, with variants such as malunggay pandesal, as well as pan de coco, Spanish bread, and ensaymada—serving the local community that quickly welcomed us. Starting small, we faced the usual challenges of any new venture, but each day we moved forward with dedication and gratitude. Over time, our modest bakery steadily improved as we continued to innovate, attended trainings, and expanded our offerings to include new pandesal variants made with locally grown ingredients such as kalabasa, carrots, sweet potato, and the crowd favorite: ube cheese pandesal, which gained special popularity during the pandemic. Thanks to the trust and support of our neighbors, friends, and family who believed in our products and our story, our bakery evolved from that small apartment kitchen into a beloved local business. Over the years, we also began offering customized cakes and other specialties—always keeping in mind what matters most: baking with sincerity, using quality ingredients, and sharing the warmth and comfort of freshly made breads and pastries with everyone who walks through our doors. Today, our bakery stands not just as a business, but as a reflection of our journey—driven by our desire to keep growing and to stay true to our roots. We continue our commitment to bringing people together through the simple joy of good food. And as we look ahead, we carry forward the same values that started it all: love, perseverance, and the belief that every loaf and pastry has a story to tell.
